TWO-PART / SEMESTER PAYMENT OPTION - ONLY APPLIES TO SELF-FUNDED STUDENTS:

- Two 50% payments, made by EFT:
   -Payment 1:
     - 10-Month Lease - by the 31st January 2026

10-MONTH LEASE OPTION:
- You may take occupation from February to November 2026
- R2000 deposit required to secure your room, made online via our secure payment gateway via the portal
   - Payment 1: Due by 31st January 2026 (online payment gateway)
   - Payments 2 to 10: Due at the end of the following months (EFT)
- Your last payment will be due by 30th October 2026

11-MONTH LEASE OPTION:
- You may take occupation from January to November 2026
- A deposit equal to 1-month installment required to secure your room, made online via our secure payment gateway via the portal
- Payment 1: Due by 31st December 2025 (online payment gateway)
- Payment 2: Due by 31st January 2026 (EFT)
- Payments 3 to 11: Due at the end of the following months (EFT)
- Your last payment will be due by 30th October 2026
- NOTE: Failure to make your 1st installment payment by 31st December 2025, will revert you to a 10-Month lease option.

12-MONTH LEASE OPTION:
- You may take occupation from January to December 2026
