The advertised NSFAS rate of R5,500 per month for 2027 is an estimate and has not yet been confirmed.

Once the official 2027 NSFAS accommodation rate is announced, your rental will be adjusted up or down to match the confirmed rate. If your selected room has a top-up, the agreed top-up will remain payable in addition to the confirmed NSFAS rate. Students remain responsible for any rental or other amounts not paid by NSFAS.
