When applying, here are a few things you can do to help us match you with the best space:
- Feel free to visit our completed campuses, getting a firsthand feel of the spaces can help you decide what you prefer.
- If you want to stay close to a friend, kindly provide their full name and contact number in the comments section when applying.
- You can also specify your preferences like floor choice, north facing window, or proximity to the elevator in the comments section.
Our team will do their best to accommodate your requests.

The online application platform is mobile responsive, you can apply from anywhere.

APPLICATION FEE
A non-refundable application fee of R500.00 will be required to process all student applications: self-funded, bursary and NSFAS.

SELF-FUNDED & NSFAS STUDENTS
You will nominate a guarantor. A guarantor is someone who agrees to pay for your accommodation fees for the year, for example a parent, guardian or close relative. 

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ONLINE
No EFTs / bank deposits will be accepted for application fee, deposit and 1st month rent. 

MONTHLY & YEARLY FEES
All fees payable are stipulated per room type before applying. Please take careful note of fees required when choosing your room.

DEPOSIT & 1ST MONTH RENT
AFTER APPROVAL, all applicants will be required to pay your deposit and 1st month rent, to secure your chosen room.
