Referral Process:​

​

• Referrers receive a link from their assigned activators to register on the refer a friend portal to become earners, OR click on a link via the website to register on the refer a friend portal to become earners.

• Post referrer registration, the referrer will received a link to verify their registered email address.

• Once verified, referrers are ready to earn, and will receive their UNIQUE referral link to start signing up students.

• Unverified referrers will not be able to continue, as they will not be provided with their unique referral link.

• All referred students must enter the application portal via a unique referral link provided to registered referrals. Referrals submitted via other means will not be considered.

Qualifying Criteria:​

​

• The referred friend must successfully complete the application process, make all relevant payments due to take occupation, sign the lease agreement, and move into a Campus Central Student Accommodation Campus.

• The referrer registered on the referral portal will be rewarded, if all applying student criteria are met, as mentioned above.

• The referred student must be a new 2025 student registration.

• Students that are not eligible to be referred for 2025 are as follows:

• A student applying for 2024 occupation;
• A current student who has already taken occupation in 2024;
• A student already in our application system for occupation in 2025;
• Referred students who are already in the system from other referrers for occupation in 2025;
• This rewards based portal is only relevant for new 2025 applications.

Rewards:

​

• A referrer will receive R350.00 (Three Hundred And Fifty Rands) via EFT for each successful move in / occupation has taken place. 

• Rewards will be paid out within 45-days from the successful student move in date.

• Only one referral reward per successful student move in.

​Limits:

​

• A referrer may only register once on the referral portal, and will be uniquely identified by their identification number or passport number, and will be required to upload supporting documentation. Should such documentation not match registered details, Campus Central Student Accommodation reserves the right to disqualify the referring student and no rewards will be rewarded.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make.

• Students who are referred by various referrals, are connected and bound to the referrer whose referral link they click on first to complete a successful registration.

• Referred students are uniquely identified based on their identification / passport number, therefore duplicates are not possible.

• The referral program may be discontinued or modified at any time, at the discretion of Campus Central Student Accommodation.

Fraud Prevention:

​

• Referrals suspected of being fraudulent or manipulated will not be eligible for rewards.

• Campus Central Student Accommodation reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent activities.

Communication:

​

Referrers will be notified via email or other designated communication channels about the success of their referral, after successful move in of the referred.

Privacy:

 

Personal information collected for the referral program will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Legal Compliance:

​

This campaign complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• By participating in the Refer a Friend Campaign, referees agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Campus Central Student Accommodation reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
