APPLICATION & FEES: All applications and payments must be made on our online platform. You will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee. If your application is successful, you will be required to pay your deposit and 1st month installment in order to secure your room and sign your lease. All payments must be made via our secure online platform. No EFTs direct to our bank account will be accepted.
